  • Bethel Park / South Hills: Rated the number one best city to move to in Pennsylvania for 2025, Bethel Park offers tree-lined streets, highly rated schools, an impressive parks system, and easy access to Downtown Pittsburgh via the T light rail line just 10 miles away. Residents enjoy a quiet, established suburban character with everything from local dining and retail to parks and community events all within minutes of home.
  • Mount Lebanon: Located just north of Bethel Park along the T line, Mount Lebanon is one of the most desirable and well-regarded communities in the South Hills, with a walkable downtown district, outstanding public schools, and a residential character that consistently draws professionals and families from across the Pittsburgh metro. Residents appreciate the neighborhood's strong sense of community, easy rail access to Downtown Pittsburgh, and the full range of dining and retail along Washington Road.
  • Upper St. Clair: Situated just southwest of Bethel Park, Upper St. Clair is a peaceful, highly rated suburb known for its excellent schools, spacious neighborhoods, and well-maintained parks and green spaces. It is a natural fit for renters who want a quieter residential setting while remaining connected to Pittsburgh's employment and cultural destinations.
  • South Park / Finleyville: Located just south of Bethel Park, South Park and the surrounding communities offer a more rural, open character with access to South Park's 2,000 acres of trails, athletic fields, and outdoor amenities. Residents enjoy the unhurried pace of life, lower cost of living relative to closer-in suburbs, and easy access to Library Road and the Route 88 corridor for everyday needs.

Bethel Park offers the best of Pittsburgh's South Hills — award-winning schools, a strong community identity, outstanding parks, and a location just 10 miles from Downtown Pittsburgh that keeps the city accessible without giving up the quiet of a well-established suburb. Here are some of the standout features that make Bethel Park a great place to call home:

  • Ideal Location: Williamsburg South Apartments sits at 401-435 Abbeyville Road in Bethel Park, with Library Road and Brownsville Road providing easy access to local shopping, dining, and services, while I-79 and Route 88 connect residents to Downtown Pittsburgh and the broader South Hills corridor. • Premium Living: Bethel Park's median household income of over $107,000 and its A-rated school district reflect the caliber of a community that consistently ranks among the best places to live in Pennsylvania.
