Yes, we offer flexible lease terms of 3-6 months, 7-9 months, and 12 months.

You can pay your rent online through Rent Café or in person at the leasing office using a certified check or money order.

Yes, we do require renter’s insurance for your peace of mind. It’s a great way to protect your belongings, and we can provide information on how to get started if you need it!

Your rent includes water, pest control, and trash, payable through flat fees.

Setting up utilities is simple! For electricity, you’ll want to contact Duquesne Light. For all other utilities such as water and trash, those are managed through Conservice, and they’ll be applied to your ledger.

You can use Comcast for your internet and cable services.

While we don’t have traditional amenities, our intimate community is conveniently located near Washington Rd and Library Rd, putting you just moments away from top dining, shopping, and entertainment venues in Pittsburgh, including Bethel Village Metro Shop, AHN Sports Complex, and South Hills Village.

Yes, we have off street parking.

Building 431 offers in-unit washers and dryers, while all other buildings have shared laundry facilities onsite.
